RENOUVEAU NESPRESSO

Renouveau (ReLove internationally) is Nespresso’s reconditioning program in Canada. The company sells second-hand coffee machines that have been repaired, cleaned, and tested to offer the same level of quality as a new machine. It’s an eco-friendly and economical solution that doesn’t compromise on what makes Nespresso so great: taste and design.

The name of the program had to illustrate how Nespresso machines evolve to answer new market expectations. A name meaning “renewal”, that evokes many things: a rebirth, and the blossoming of new ideals. Novelty, a change in the way we buy things. With its prefix (“re”), it evokes the cycle—and a new life for machines.
