Sodexo has long put sustainability at the core of its activities. In 2009, it launched « Better Tomorrow », its first sustainability roadmap, pioneering an integrated approach, that accounted for economic, social and societal factors.

In 2025, the group has updated this roadmap to better correspond to current needs and challenges. The Better Tomorrow 2028 plan sets out more ambitious commitments, driven by a refined vision: by placing individuals at the heart of sustainability, every action counts, and is multiplied. A vision summarized by a key concept, « From our people, to our clients, for a better planet and society ».
